Hodgkin Lymphoma
Type
Cancer type (lymphoma)
Description
Hodgkin lymphoma is a B-cell malignancy characterized by rare malignant Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells embedded in an extensive inflammatory microenvironment. ctDNA genotyping can detect and track the genetic landscape of Hodgkin lymphoma, including mutations in STAT6, TNFAIP3, ITPKB, and other genes. ctDNA profiling reveals clonal evolution during therapy, distinguishing between chemotherapy (which preserves ancestral clones) and immunotherapy (which suppresses them).
